Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the piano lessons and related services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by Warsaw Piano Class “Chopin” (hereinafter referred to as “the School”). All users of the Services (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Contents)

The School provides the following services:

1. Online piano lessons
2. In-person piano lessons
3. Solfège and rhythm training (planned to be offered in the future)

Article 3 (Formation of Contract)

The contract is deemed concluded when a User makes a reservation for a service and the School sends a confirmation email.

Article 4 (Fees and Payment Method)

1. Lesson fees are as indicated on the official website.
2. Payments shall be made by credit card via Stripe.
3. If bank transfer or other payment methods are required, please contact us in advance.

Article 5 (Cancellations and Refunds)

1. If a cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the lesson, a make-up lesson will be offered.
2. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

Article 6 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following:

1. Behavior that disturbs instructors or other users
2. Unauthorized recording, filming, or sharing with third parties
3. Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the School

Article 7 (Disclaimers)

1. The School bears no responsibility in the event that service provision becomes difficult due to natural disasters, communication failures, or other force majeure.
2. Users are solely responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring during lessons.

Article 8 (Revisions)

These Terms may be updated as necessary. Revised Terms take effect once published on the website.

Privacy Policy

Article 1 (Basic Policy)

Warsaw Piano Class “Chopin” recognizes the importance of protecting personal information and will manage and protect it appropriately.

Article 2 (Information Collected)

5. Payment information (managed via Stripe and not stored by the School)

Article 3 (Purpose of Use)

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, returns are not accepted. However, in the event of cancellation by the instructor, a make-up lesson or refund will be provided.

System Requirements

A PC or smartphone compatible with Zoom, and a stable internet connection are required.
